Complaints
1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is obliged to check the shipment. Any damage should be reported immediately by e-mail or by phone, preferably within 2-3 days from the moment of receiving the parcel.
If the products were damaged during delivery, please send a photo of the damaged goods.
If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced with a fully-fledged product, and if it is impossible, we will refund the money for the advertised product.
2. The customer may each time withdraw from the transaction within 90 calendar days from the date of product purchase. Returned products must be complete and in good condition. Cosmetics and other goods that should be originally packaged for hygiene reasons must be returned intact.
3. The returned goods should be sent back together with the invoice to the following address:

4. We do not accept returns of goods if the products were purchased by the customer from a discount and / or sale.
